The St. Andrew's Chapel, first mentioned in 1687, dates back to the first half of the 17th century. Towards the end of the 19th century it was threatened with demolition. After the devastating avalanche of the Wilerbach on February 9, 1984, which destroyed the roof and the tower, the chapel underwent a total renovation in 1985-87.
